PAYMENT
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment methods are accepted.
LATE ARRIVALS
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late. May have their service shortened or may need to reschedule to avoid impacting the next guest. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
REFUNDS
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All final payments are due at the end of your appointment. All appointment deposits are nonrefundable and are applied toward the cost of your scheduled service. Services rendered and completed are nonrefundable.
